2011 WINTER CAMPS – MEDICAL RELEASE FORM

Fall has begun! To kick off the school year, we’ve put out a “mini” Parent Need-to-Know, and we’ll be publishing a parent letter giving you a year-long look at our ministry next week. Our BIG emphasis this fall is on small groups – we are beginning groups for all ages and genders, and we would love for your child to get plugged in to a group where they could spiritually grow under the care of a godly adult leader and the influence of like-minded peers. Our kickoff event is on September 26th, and there is more information in the newsletter. We’re excited for what God has in store, and we look forward to seeing you and your child step more deeply into God’s will this year.

SMALL GROUP KICKOFF FLYER:

The school year is upon us, which means that 412 is headed to the beach! Start the school year off with a bang with us by heading down to Rio Del Mar Beach near Santa Cruz for a day of fun in the sun, good grub, and a bonfire! We will be meeting at the church at 11AM and returning at 11PM – the cost is $5, which covers the cost of your dinner. You need to either bring a bag lunch or eat before you come. Don’t miss out! If you plan on attending and haven’t signed up, please shoot Max an email at maxcritchfield@newharborchurch.com. IMPORTANT: you must also bring a signed permission slip, which you can download below. See you this Saturday!
